How do I log in with my email?

You can use any email address that you have access to for parktrip.

  1. Select option to log in with email address
  2. Enter your email address when prompted
How do I log in with Facebook?

You can connect your Facebook profile to parktrip in different ways. If you already have a parktrip profile linked to the same email address that you use on Facebook:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top corner or at the bottom of the parktrip app

  2. Click Continue with Facebook.

We recommend that you use the same email address on parktrip and Facebook to avoid the automatic creation of a duplicate parktrip account associated with your Facebook email address.

If you are signing up for a new parktrip account:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top corner or at the bottom of the parktrip app

  2. Click the Sign in with Facebook button.

  3. If you are not signed in to Facebook already, enter your Facebook username and password.

After you connect your Facebook and parktrip accounts, logging in/out of parktrip will also sign you in/out of Facebook, and vice versa.
TIP: Before signing in with Facebook, make sure that your phone is not signed in to someone else's parktrip or Facebook account.
Be especially careful of this if you share this device otherwise you may connect the wrong accounts!

How do I log in with Google +?

Important tip: Before logging in with Google+,
make sure that your device is not signed into someone else’s Google+ account.

Be especially careful of this if you share the device.

You can connect your Google+ profile to parktrip in a few different ways:

  • If you are signing up for a new parktrip account:

  1. On agreeing to create a profile you will be offered 4 options one of which is Sign up with Google

  2. You will need to enter your Google+ username and password if you are not signed into Google already on the device

  3. If this is your first time using Google+ to sign into parktrip, you will see a screen from Google that will explain what information Google shares with parktrip.

    You are always in control of these permissions.

  • If you are signing into an existing parktrip account:

  1. See the bottom toolbar and the user icon (small person), click on this, and then click “Continue with Google”.

  2. You will need to enter your Google+ username and password if you are not signed into Google already.
How do I log in with Apple?

You can use your Apple ID to sign into parktrip:


  • If you are signing up for a new parktrip account using an iOS device:

  1. At the sign up screen, choose the option to Sign in with Apple or Continue with Apple

  2. At the next screen asking if you want to use your Apple ID, tap Continue.

  3. Let the app authenticate you with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode to sign in.


  • If you are signing up for a new parktrip account using an Android device:

  1. At the sign up screen, choose the option to Sign in with Apple or Continue with Apple

  2. Let the app authenticate you with your Apple ID and password.


  • If you are signing into an existing parktrip account:

  1. See the bottom toolbar and the user icon (small person), click on this, and then click “Continue with Apple”.

  2. You will need to enter your Apple ID and password if you are not signed into Apple already.

How do I change my profile information?

You can edit your profile information in the Settings zone of the app.

  1. Click on the cog in the bottom right of the screen

  2. Under Account select the right arrow by My Profile

  3. Select the item you want to edit on the next screen

  4. Hit “Save” 
How do I suggest new features?

We are really keen to hear your feedback for our app.  You can send your feedback to us via email on support@parktrip.io

How do I report inappropriate content?

parktrip is designed for families so we want to ensure that content is always appropriate for our user community.

As we grow we need to keep tabs on anything that might be offensive and not adhering to our terms of service. 

If you find content that is inappropriate please flag it:

  1. Select the flag icon on the rating

  2. Click “flag as inappropriate”

The parktrip team will then take it from there!

How do I challenge a decision about inappropriate content?

Sometimes one person’s view of what is appropriate differs from another. 

Additionally you may feel that you have been unfairly treated by our process.

How can I delete my profile

You can permanently delete your profile, although we will be sorry to see you go, via the Settings tab on the application.

  1. Click on the cog in the bottom right of the screen

  2. Select My Profile

  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select “Delete Account”

  4. Confirm that you want to delete your account

And that’s it! We will always welcome you back in though if you ever need to find amazing playgrounds near you.

Is my data secure?

The biggest question of the 21st century.

Like all responsible software companies we take data security very seriously. We use the tools and platforms provided by our global, world leading hosting company.

Those tools are cutting edge and the teams running them are constantly working to prevent malicious actors getting in and jeopardising that security. 

There are some areas you can assist such as never revealing your device's passcode, or ensuring you use biometrics to enter the device.

We actually store very little data on each user and our privacy policy details how we treat your personal data.
